Okay I had 2 websites and both were hit by Panda recently. I also see that some websites survive panda just based on the number of backlinks they have. The first website is actually 1.5 years old with about 2000 articles and over 5000 un-indexed back-links to home-page. Of course I can't rewrite it and also because this website has gone corrupt. The second one is just 6 months old with just about 50 articles and I can re-write it of course and make the quality of the articles a bit better. I need to know the process and steps required. Of course I will just put up a new theme, install a new wordpress application, setup a theme, redo my plugins but majorly I want to know these things : 1) When I'm done, what about the links Google had already indexed ? 2) What's the use of site reconsideration in WebMasterTools, is that for me ? 3) For the internal-links of my website at other domains, the best option is 301 redirecting all the links to the home-page right ? So how should I start up building the new website because I don't want to loose a 1.5 year old domain with 5000 unindexed backlinks. Also, what about the 2nd one, reconsideration after rewriting the articles would be enough right ?
no one can answer the truth, but we can start from now focus on link building and original contents. My site in sandbox too, but I will not give up
I just want to delete my website and start over again on the same domain. Is it fine ? And does Google consider it fine with the older links that once existed on the website.
