Selling Established Women's Niche CPA Reward Site With Huge Potential!

First of all, let me just state for the record that I loathe using the word "potential" because it's a word that has become overused by sellers looking to unload sites that really have no potential at all, but are based on theory of what "might" happen in the future IF x, y and z happens. I have used it here, however, based on previous earnings and NOT future possibilities. This site WILL earn money for you, as it has for me in the past!

Here are the details: I created this niche reward site over a year ago based on my research and the fact that reward sites do well because people love free stuff. The site earned well over $5000 last year and became my 2nd largest reward site (I have a network of 7 of them). It was monetized with Cpalead, Offerpal, Gwallet and Matomy. I posted scans of my earnings and checks on my blog last year to show how well reward sites could do, if run properly.

Then I got bored with it because I have a short attention span and I don't stick with anything too long (yes, its a character flaw). I also don't know much about makeup and such and its all just about money to me. I love making money

So, I stopped promoting it and left it to die. This year it hardly made any money and for awhile there weren't even any offers to do (remember when people were complaining that Cpalead had a lack of offers? Well, that affected me too.), but now it has both Cpalead and Matomy on it and it still gets some traffic every day. The traffic mostly comes from the SE's and the rest from members promoting their referal link on Facebook.

I've attached recent screenshots showing the search terms. Ranks well for various terms related to free makeup and gift cards. Also is PR1 and has well over 200 members. Includes valid licensed copy of the MVG script (not one of those crappy warez copies you see newbs trying to sell here every week). I also do postback file coding for this script and those are included as well, which you can then use on ANY similar reward site.

Here's the real potential: It ranks well and already has a member base, but most of them have forgotten about the site, so you simply email the members telling them about some new offer or contest to get them interested again and they'll start doing offers and help promote their referral links again! Simply promote it again, like I did last year, and you'll do well with it again.

So, the first question someone will ask me is "why dont you just promote it again yourself?" - Well, when you have over 200 fully functioning sites run by 1 person that's not so easy. I could say "Yeah, let's get this one going again!", but then I'd also be saying it for 97 other sites. Where do I start??? Something has to go, and since I still have other reward sites, then I've decided to drop the one I know least about (women and makeup)

This is a great deal for an established site as the reserve is only the actual cost of the site (script + domain), which would make the custom postback files and member base itself FREE!

You need to clear your browser cache or logout and in again because it was just relisted a few minutes ago and your browser still has the old version stored.

I have no idea what's going on then, as I've never used the relisting function before, but it looks normal in my browser...even when logged out.
