    Hi, I'm looking to purchase any type of websites with at least 5k monthly traffic.

    Traffic proof is a must, and preferably google analytics.

    Revenue is not important at all.

    I have a good budget, and will not offer cheapo price if your website is worth it.

    My average spending per website is in the high XXX range and low X,XXX range.
