BuyandSellLand.com is a great domain name. An excellent investment for anyone involved in real estate or land development (or, like me, isn't but is happy to make money from it anyway). The domain name alone is worth more than the asking price.

BuyandSellLand.com is a combination of over 30 completely original articles on property development and other subjects, as well as informative non-original articles. Thus the site is useful to visitors. The site makes nearly a hundred dollars every month, largely hands-off. PM me if you'd like a screenshot. It could easily make a lot more with a more concerted effort than mine at driving traffic, backlinking, networking, and so on.

Why am I selling it? I have other businesses to tend to, as well as a wee toddler who keeps me busy.

Is the BIN price a good deal? Yes, I think so. In fact, I think it's a steal. Let's just say that if one were to invest a similar amount of money into stocks, it would highly unlikely to deliver as well, lol.

Why am I selling it here and not at Flippa? It's free to sell here, isn't it, and I don't see the advantage to forking out money to Flippa that I am not a fan of to begin with.

Hey, can you let me know what the reserve price is, proof of income, and google anaylics? Also you have a large percentage coming from referrals, is this paid traffic?

 

None of it is paid-for traffic, lol. There is no need to pay for it, but I'm sure one could do so with great effect. With the utilization of more 100% free resources, it could certainly be much better with a modicum of effort. I wouldn't be surprised if I'm kicking myself down the road, seeing this become someone else's big-time mega-money site. As before, anyone who wants a screenshot is welcome to pm me. In the past, I've gotten higher offers for the domain name alone without the site!
