I'm thinking about putting my site for sale in the correct section on this forum. I'm trying to decide what it is worth though? It is a Wordpress site and a forum under the same domain. I have not monetized it yet so I don't know what it would generate if ads were added. Any help would be nice. If I forgot anything that you would need please let me know. Sounds really nice. Better let someone with experience take a look at it a little closer. Best of luck!
Forgot to add that it has a Facebook and Twitter page with it. Twitter: 130 Followers Facebook: 12,002 people like it
How accurate is that amount though? It comes up as $7,500. But there are some discrepancies like the Google indexed pages it says 1. I have over 4,000 indexed pages with Google according to my webmaster tools. Backlinks it says 0 I know I have had over 2000 in the past. Also daily ad revenue says $29/day. I make 0 on this as I don't have 1 ad on the site yet.
Well why don't you place any advertisement? If you were to make sure the pics are decent and not violating Adsense terms you can test out adsense. Thats among the major elements in determining your website value. Seems like the daily views is pretty accurate according to your claim at the first post however this site can''t determine your website niche which is also among the important things before valuating a site. I would say around low to mid $xxxx range is the best answer for your site.
I have never monetized a site before so I really don't know where to start. The site includes stuff that is safe for adsense and some that is not. I don't really want to change that because the site continues to grow monthly and I would hate to effect it negatively. I may need to find someone that would help me monetize a site for that type of content. Even then I don't know how someone would get paid for it maybe some sort of profit sharing from the ad revenue. I will have to wait until my account here is 14 days old so I can post in the partner section and see if I can find something there. Thanks for your input, I appreciate it.
A site is worth approximately 10 times the monthly revenue. So I suggest you make money with your site before selling it, or you are most likely to get low balled by just selling a site that has only traffic and content.
That is not necessarily true. Some site may sell up to 3 years revenue and even with zero revenue still has value with its real potent or other factors. I sold a site before with zero claimed revenue for high 4 figures but as the concept was great, nice features, high PR, Alexa, unique coding it got a high bid.
Please read the previous posts instead of posting spam. Like mentioned above it isn't all adsense safe so how would it be safe for amazon?
Amazon is an affiliate website while Adsense is a strict CPC program, there are difference in TOS between those two programs. Well they don't really need to know why the change in FB admins right ^^ hint2

I'll echo those saying you are going to get a lot more if you monetize it first. Assuming it makes $ that is. If you do put it up for sale you might email other site owners in your niche. They will have the best idea of what the traffic is worth. Likewise, if you want to know how to monetize your site, find a similar site and try to copy their monetization strategy. Optimize from there.
