I know its need a dedicated server. but i choose that later, firstly i need shared server .. Will u plz suggest a best shared server for host mp3 downloading site.. i also want to know the action from server, if DMCA is given from the copyright owner. Instant account termination or warning???
You will not get a warning for intentionally violating copyright law, because the provider will be sued if they allow you to remain on their servers. You will be finished and then some. You need offshore hosting for this.
Go for offshore hosting. I would recommend wrzhost.com as I've used them in the past. They are relatively cheap, but the host is a little low quality. As for other tips I would suggest you check my blog for offshore hosting.
You definitely wont be able to host anything like that within the USA. Also, if you do find someone to host that type of site outside of the USA, I wouldn't expect to much. "Offshore" web hosts who usually host websites that are trying to avoid copyright laws are often times the target of DDOS attacks or are simply being abused by their users, hence leading to poor performance and uptimes.
If any DMCA comes for your account, normally you will get 48 hours time frame to escalate the situation. In this period clients need to remove the files and content from the server which is on question, or, need to create counter DMCA if he has right to use his own content. For MP3 hosting cases, lot of our customers running MP3 hosting and Streaming but never found such DMCA cases for MP3 hosting.

Your budget is $150???? Is that per month? If so, go with a dedicated server. Do not even waste your time with shared hosting or a VPS is that really is your budget. You can get a fairly nice dedicated box for $150.
Ahhhhh okay. That's about $12.50 a month. Shouldn't cost anywhere near that for the specs. you are seeking. You should be able to find something cheaper than that, or something fairly reliable within that budget.
In most cases, the DMCAs are given as a warning and they suspend the website immediately. But you still have access to the content to take backups or move your server. It depends on the webhosting provider too. Most suspend the pages to make sure that other users on the shared server do not get affected, as the datacenter may terminate the providers account.
thats too risk... why not host ur content in some web hosting like 4 shared.. and only take the link.... look at my site... in just 1 weeks I can collect more than 500.000 new fresh song... I don't need any big space hosting.. this need only good mysql database...
