I was remote uploading from 'wupload' As to Filesonic using different IPs/servers, I don't think that would explain while the same files always fail on repeated attempts, nor would it explain why some files are getting 'invalid login'. While I've often had minor issues with the remote upload, only getting having 19 files of27 fail to upload is extemely poor...

 

Anyone else having weird sales stats today? i have just checked my FS stats and it says 11 / $165... thing is all 11 sales are for the same link & from the same website which makes me think something is wrong.

While typing this message my sales stats are now 17 / $255... 6 more sales for another link but a different website.

Something is definitely wrong with stats today.

Are you getting credits for files + site sales not belonging to you?

I would not complain much if I had 17 sales at this time of the day

Nope, i'm not getting credited for sales not belonging to me (wish i was though lol)... the 2 files that have had sales are my links. They're not even new links... stats are now 19 / $285 = 11 sales for one file @$15 each from one website and 8 for another file @$15 each from a different website. If the 19 sales were for 12 - 13 different files and various amounts of money and more than two websites i would be very happy and not suspicious that there's a problem.

A week ago I got banned from FileSonic. I have contacted support and this is what they told me:

"According to the note your account was banned for offering codes on youtube.

Thank you,
FileSonic Helpdesk"

I made a YouTube video for a premium code giveaway, people just needed to subscribe my videos and they were in. No, I did not sell codes, or anything similiar.
My question is - is it prohibited by ToS giving premium codes for free?.
Please review my account, and I think that it should be unbanned, since it didn't break any rules as far as I see.

Thanks filesonic for giving the option to attach preview image to download page. This feature will definitely promote filesonic preview, please also give us option to add several images at once with hotlink codes for quick posting in forums and websites.

That's what i think too. My stats are now 23 / $335.4. One $15 sale has counted 12 times now. Another $15 sale has counted 10 times. I've also had a 1 month sale and that's been credited correctly.

So annoying, i check my stats and see i've had another sale and think great... but when i look @Referrer i see it's the same $15 links that keep being added to my account. Was hoping Hish would be online by now and could shed some light on what's happening but i guess it's the weekend and he's busy.

 

I hope customers are not being billed X - times.
Otherwise somebody is going to be pissed.

I'm so happy to see your earning bcoz i'm not active now days there are some family prob still manage one or two sale per day & i hope you get all of it & there is no prob with your stats wish you all the best for more.

your stats really motivate me.

 

Are you really doing what I think your doing - ie complaining about making too much cash I'll be happy to take that thread off your hands if it's bothering you
