beethoven, a restart to your modem wont work. you need to take the plug out of the wall (not the power, the connection) and then wait 30 seconds and power off the modem and then turn it on.

ISPs all over the world are not the same and if he has a *real* static IP, it wont help.

Or if he has a dynamic IP with 7 days lease time or something like that.

if i remember correctly, once he disconnects from the DHCP server of his ISP, the lease is not renewed, and he gets a new IP address and the chances of getting the same address again is slim to none (if i recall correctly :))

    You do not remember correctly.
    ISPs has different setups.

I myself have a 7 days lease time.
If my gear is turned off at exactly 3.5 days I can get a new IP.
    Otherwise not.

The man says turning off doesnt work.
    Why dont you believe him?
    ISPs has different setups...

Well PlaySonic disappointed me. For just 5 min i lose all my stars, just like that. From 742 falls down to 2412 position today, 1 min after midnight. I even finish mission 1 again and instead to got 1.000 credits they return me in stone age. Don't wish to play PlaySonic again. It's useless trash full of bugs.

    PlaySonic is working.
Maybe you do not get the rules?

Let me guess: You had more sales 31 days ago than in the past 24 hours?
That is why - that is the only explanation - that is how Playsonic works.

Unless you plan to be in TOP50 - there is no reason to talk about rank and stars.
It is the accumulated credits which counts.

    re·fund (r-fnd, rfnd)
    v. re·fund·ed, re·fund·ing, re·funds
    v.tr.
To give back, especially money; return or repay: refunded the purchase price.

    **

You had 4 sales + 1 refund probably.
This counts as 5 in the column.

Means you should be payed for 3 valid sales only 3 x 12 = $36.

Dude I know what refund means, I ask how they can refund that?
I think when a sale was sold, it can't be given back eh...

    Remote upload?

I am baffled by the remote upload today.
I had 23 files from one source that I tried remote uploading. 6 uploaded, the other 17 I got 'invalid login' or 'maybe blocked IP'
Any attempts with those other 17 files yielded the same result.

I tried 4 different files from the same source. 2 uploaded and the other two are reading 'maybe blocked IP'

Why are some uploading and some aren't? Doesn't seem to make any sense...

While generally the remote upload has worked well for me in the past, there has ofetne been an individual file or two that won't remote upload and I've usually gone the FTP route in that case. However, it is a bit extreme today. Any suggestions?

Which host did you remote from?

When you remotely queue files, FileSonic retrieves files using maybe 2-3-4-5 different IPs/servers - at the same time.
That is why it might be blocked.

Your remote host needs to whitelist FileSonics IPs.
And/or maybe FileSonics IPs were blacklisted.
