maybe place some touristy type images on left side of blog if you can . Found that there is a lot of text but very few images to grab your interest especially as you are selling the location to tourists. example you sell beach packages but no images of the beaches you are trying to snag people to. ?? just thoughts Kiwi

sorry, I didn't mean to offend or anything. it was just my first impression when I landed on the page and since your are asking your opinions, i give you my initial response. some more subdued tones would be nice and maybe some brown to offset.
Very nice. Not cookie cutter like so many other sites on this forum. I commend you on your SEO as well. Although I think you could do with a brush up on 2011's SEO. Take a look at some of the posts from http://seo.com/blog it will help out a lot, as it did for my site.
