Can someone recommend guest blogging sites?

Hi!

Can someone recommend few websites that allow guest blogging. I came across a website that allowed guest blogging, but it was a complicated process. It required installing some pluggin on my site.

I have a relationship and dating based website. Any help would be appreciated.

I've read great things about My Blog Guest. They used to have a video on their website that gave an excellent overview of the service, but I can't see it anymore. Anyone any idea where they've hidden it?

I tried myblogguest. I tried to follow the instructions given for creating guest author on wordpress but the screen shot they have shown on their site of wordpress doesn't work here. I mean I don't see the same menu and options on wordpress. It's quite difficult for me. Also I didn't quite understand what will happen once I give guest author access to my worspress blog. Can anyone give me some details?
