I was ranking on top 10 for one of my keyword, suddenly my ranking fall down to 9th page. Could any one help me what necessary steps I should take from now onward to get back in top rankings.
First check keyword competition again Build backlinks on relevant websites than irrelevant websites Split your keyword in title
Check your content. There may be some duplicate content. Re-write it & start the offpage optimization again.
have u tried google insight, can check the competition over there and maybe u'll get an answer there.
You can go for long tail keywords,they are less competitive and easier to rank to.The visitors that come in through long tail keywords have higher conversion rates.
Check you content, it may be because of duplicate Content. Search your content by pasting in on Google and check has some one used your content or not, and then try to do some theme based link building.
I followed all guide lines on alexa rank... I installed alexa toolbar to my browser, I brought traffic to my website by doing off page optimization, I got reviews to my website from alexa from different places (countires). I got improved my ranking from 19000000 to 127000.And, now I am sturcked on...my ranking is going now it came under 230000, I dont understand why my rank has fall down. Please can any one suggest me regarding this problem.
Are you making more new links to your site, this will indicate to SE that these links are natural and your website rankings will come back.
Do concentrate in your link building work with targeted keyword so definitely you get better result with your ranking...
Hi @diwakarseoguy what kind of seo work were you doing for your website may be then we can sort out where's the real problem is.
It could be just the SERPS Flux(dance) if afther 2-4 weeks rankings aren't back then ... penalty or you lost rankings in front of your competition ...
