Chrome is the best, mozilla takes a longer time to start.. IE on da other hand is good but causes security issues. So chrome is the best.
FF is best, IE9 nicest UI, Chrome fastest, opera comes up with all the ideas but no one supports it...
Well, this thread might be a long-time going, but that let us approach to the contenders more objectively. I have always hate Mozilla-based web browser because they take too much time when first loading, then too limited option to configure, although nowadays I know the trick to gain access to the hidden items is type in the address bar about:config Although Opera seems to be pretty fast over the other browser, it has serious cross-browser compliance issues, therefore the next best option was Google Chrome, with speedy loading time, and light system resouce consumption. However, overtime Chrome has become somewhat annoying and I found why: Google is intruding your privacy and is nottelling you!. Yes, the company that complained many time about Internet Explorer reporting your surfing habits and other information to Microsoft is doing exactly the same, not to mention they are now a monopoly bigger than MSN. The good news is that you can still enjoy the great performance of the Chromium source code (used in Google Chrome) Simply download SRWare Iron, same interface, same functionality, options and features than Chrome, but without reporting your data to Google. Find out more about this privacy issue here: http://www.srware.net/en/software_srware_iron_chrome_vs_iron.php
I'm gonna have to go with Opera. I also use Chrome, Firefox and even IE, however Chrome has become very annoying lately, but it has a large selection of add ons. Opera is very nice although I'm still in transition, as im typing this from Chrome
I'm a big fan of Firefox, it has so many useful add-ons. For google chrome, I like it's light interface, very easy to use and it has built in google capabilities .. For IE? I never use IE..
Another group ---^ that got their first computer and decided to pile onto this thread. Wow. Couldn't live without your comments.
This is blatantly false and shows you don't know what you're talking about. Google publishes its privacy policy both in the browser and on site if you care to read it. Humans are strictly forbidden to read any data collected during searches and NO data is collected that isn't also collected by EVERY other search engine or ANY marketing firm. MSN is not a search engine. And lose all the advantages of personalized Google searches, local search and any other benefit of using Google. No thanks.
