Install google toolbar on your browser and then browse your web in it, it will notify you if your web is banned by google.

it is really simple.... just type the blog name on Google search bar. It will display that your site has been banned.

He is asking how to find other sites that are banned by Google, not how to find out if he's site in banned.

All you can do is to on indication that the site is banned or in penalty, they usually have N/A PR and not indexed/cached on Google.. So you won't usually see them on Google search results..

you mean how to find it, when you search google? if so then you cant'
if google ban a site they usually de-index it..

when a site get crawled and index google usually create cache page version of it.. its automatic.

Google your website's content and if it does not show your website in search results, means your website has been banned by Google.

N/A PR is not always the right criteria I suppose. If a live site is launched new, it may show you N/A PR and it may not be indexed on Google too. But it is not banned.
