    faceBook pages brings you more traffic, Inshort all facebook apps like (like-box, facebook share button,live stream) helps you to get more visitors.

    But all these application use either nofollow or uses php redirect so no link juice will be transfered to your site, so they are not seo friendly. :p

    yes, use fanpage to get traffic, if your fanpage have enough fans and hot posts, google with related keywords can find your facebook page.
