    Guys
I have a business class account on arvixe the problem is that i have a video hosting site and it uses flowplayer and for skipping parts in video psuendostreaming is needed and for it xmoov.php is used and when ever a user player a video the entry process increases ie the limit notmal in cpanel is 20/20 and when 20 users watch videos simultaniously site gets downtime

so i asked the server people about the issue and asked the flowplayer people about the issue they said

    the flowplayer response

and then when i contacted support of my host they said they cant do that they said its shared host and now i told them what is the use of the hosting if my site is not working and asked for refund for the months that i have left but they said they cant provide me refund and if i want i can cancel my account who says to cancel account ?
and then can have the money i paid for free ///
So what should i do is there any other way to fix that and if not what should i do and now i am thinking of buying cloud hosting but i want to get something from that hosting what should i do..

They're not going to give you a refund because they didn't do anything wrong. They provided you everything they said they would per their terms of service.

If the PHP process remains open, you're going to run into problems no matter which shared host you use. Every host is going to have process/connection limits. Some will have more than 20, but there are still limits. The obvious alternative would be a VPS or dedicated server. A cloud solution would most likely be fine too.

I don't think any cloud host is cheap, per se, at least not compared to a budget VPS server or such, but there are some with pretty reasonable costs.

Rackspace is somewhat reasonably priced. They're about $11/mo for 256mb of RAM, plus charges for bandwidth. Last I checked, they were about $0.20/GB for outbound bandwidth, and I think about half that for inbound.

VPS.net will set you back around $20/mo for their basic plan. Amazon EC2 is always available.

How much are you looking to spend per month? Definitely sounds to me like you are going to need to move your site out of a shared web hosting enviroment and into a VPS or lightweight dedicated box.

VPS is not good if you plan to host the video in it and stream it. So DO NOT get a VPS as you will be using high system resource (unless you use xen).

Get a dedi instead you will last longer like that in fact the only restriction you have will be your bandwidth. If you only plan to stream to a few ppl then you can consider a vps.. but still there is a possibilities that your vps will get suspended due to high traffic usage (or you might get a limited bw speed)

That is not necessarily true, depending on the amount of traffic the OP is receiving they can easily host their site on a VPS and might not need a full dedicated server yet.

Completely agree with ferngullygraphics. A VPS can be plenty fine for hosting video streams. The problem I am having is that he is looking specifically for cheap. A cheap VPS, cheap cloud solution, or a cheap dedicated, all might not be the solution. When you buy cheap, you're definitely going to be limited in your resources, regardless of the platform.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of people these days who want to use dedicated amounts of resources on cheap, shared hosting platforms, and it just isn't going to work.

Alexa means absolutely nothing to most people. "Alexa’s Traffic Ranks are based on the traffic data provided by Alexa Toolbar users and data collected from other, diverse sources over a rolling 3 month period." Mostly, the rating comes from Alexa Toolbar users. You can have millions of visitors to your site. If none of them use the Alexa Toolbar, your ranking is going to be horrible.

Are you serious about using Alexa rankings to determine a potential hosts? Good luck with that! It's a terrible approach in picking a company.
