Google +1 Affect Pagerank or SERP?

I read that Google has "+1" button, similar to Facebook "Like" button. Will high number of +1 likers affect PageRank? Anyone has related resources or experiences? Will +1 affect SERP? Thanks.

I doubt it will do anything for your serp or rankings. At least for now. If that were the case people would spam the heck out of the +1 and pay people to hit it. I am sure google is aware of that too and not that stupid. They have some smart people working for them, and you can bet it you are thinking that will happen they already have a plan to prevent that.

 

I have a site which was #23 for 12 months for a particular keyphrase.
I just implemented the +1 button on the site and had 0 for a while with the site still on #23.
In a week, I had 3 +1 clicks and the site is now #20.
So I like to know that as well and if you want to test with me, PMme...

 

i do not think that through it your site will come on the upper pages of google, if this is the matter than i know some tricks through which i can easily increase my sites ranking.

I think it is really a worthless tool to SEO.

 

My site isnow #18, so I guess it's pure SEO and nothing because of the +1.
Of course, when I'm logged in, I'm #3 because I +1 myself...which is worthless...

 

to my experience ip put +1 code then after two days i removed the code and i found traffic going down... now i m gonna put up again and check...
