my english not good but I try explain my problem

I use iframe in my site like..

I want to in iframe site is appear my site but visitors can't click in iframe site.. iframe is appear look like picture


can I do it, how ?

It sounds impossible. Why don't you just take a screenshot if you want it to be like a picture?

 

yeah if you want it as a picture than you need to take a screenshot, or have some PHP or ASP script that automatically generates images for pages and then include those images

So you are showing somebody elses content and don't want people to be able to click to the site thats hosting the content?

Sounds like you are stealing content to me.
