High CTR will get you banned is a MYTH

    People keep saying you have to be under X% CTR to prevent getting banned from AdSense. The truth is that it doesn't matter unless you have illegal clicks!

    It can be 5%, 10%, 50%, whatever...

    i m too scared..my ctr rose to 10-11 percent from 4-5...i alos noticed reduced cpc so i am very scared...lloking for a script to stop click bombers :confused::confused:

    CTR does matter but it not as simple as over XX% will get your banned
    they are using statistical calculation, when your CTR is out of their confident level, you might get banned.

    absolutely right. if you don't use any illegal way then its totally impossible to get banned from Google at least due to high CTR.

    Every one is right here. Unless and until you do any illegal methods with your site . That is using spam clicking etc , you never get banned from google.

    Yeah agree that CTR is not a issue in banning, i have 25+ CTR in my adsense and no problem since 2009, but i can say google pays less these days ...

    yea well everything up to 35-40 is acceptable ..

    I have yet to see an account with 80% CTR still standing :D

    One of my sites averages about 80% CTR.

    But, I rarely get visitors to that site, maybe on or two per day (if I am lucky)

    So, CTR % wont matter. As long as you dont do anything dodgy, you'll be ok.
