Nice list. There are a few issues with some of the sites though. Take AC for instance. If you're not a resident of the US, you can't earn. Similarly, Helium only pay you if you regularly 'rate' articles on the site - you must have at least one rating star to earn any money from page impressions and you can only hold a star if you rate articles regularly and to a set standard. Helium also only pay up front for a very small percentage of the content they have on the site. There's still plenty of scope to earn though, albeit very small amounts. Constant Content is by far the best market for writers in your list. The drawback for many is the very high quality level expected. The rejection rate for articles is high and many people sign up and never have an article accepted. It does, however, provide a high level of quality and confidence to the buyers as a result. I've made 10 times more money from CC alone in one year than I've made from Helium and Bukisa combined in the last four years.
