This is a pretty good rule of thumb -

Check the following things to see if your site may be sandboxed,

    * Search for site:yourdmain.com on Google. Is your site well indexed with no supplemental results?
    * Search for your keywords in MSN and Yahoo. Are you well ranked for your main keywords in either of these search engines?
    * Search Google for allinanchor:yourkeyword and allintitle:yourkeyword. Is your site showing up in these searches?

If you answer yes to these questions and your site still isn’t showing in Google then it could well be the case that your suffering from the sandbox penalty.

    Google Sandbox

I absorbed that if you are using sitemap and it is saying that pages from your site are included and you see no result by searching site:<yoursite> than most probably your site is in sandbox

Wait around 6-12 months, and build links slowly.

If your site is in a noncompetitive niche, then you won't be sandboxed. I have a question however. If your site is a general blog with a variety of topics, how does Google figure out whether your site should be sandboxed?

    thanks in advance

Well, there are many more factors controlling SendBox: number of pages at your site: generally if you have more than 100 then you might get out of the send box much earlier; Google also indicated how often your sites are updated and whether their content changes over the time... So, updating and enriching: best way to promote your site while in sendbox!

    1. continue adding content
    2. make a sitemap
    3. find more for links

if you do these 3 thinks , you be out of sandbox quickly
