You won't get more traffic without content, try to add at least 300 words per post. And free blogger is not a best way to make money. Think about move to own domain soon.

i think right and top ad is ok but ad below the posts are not working out dude . i think it will be better if you change that position.

 

I think the ad placement is good. Check how much you make from this blog in 7 days. If unsatisfied, change the ad placement and size.
