Thanks your answer. That it's fact that today and yesterday there was some periodic problem (homegpage freez, download links slow appears, periodic slow download speeds) and that wasn't good for the business, but I'm happy to read that by now everything OK. I hope now will remain so. Keep up the good work and thanks!

hello guys, need a little help here, i started my first mission on (Activated On: 2011-06-03 12:57:38) when it will end, and where we can see our results whether we have passed or failed the mission, plz do help

 

sales are going down for me......can everyone share stats?

 

Same here. Even got less downloads in last 2-3 days too. Maybe -30% for sure. Don't know what is going on but ...

 

my downloads are slow too

 

It will be OK guys. Everything will be fine. It's not first time that they have problems. That's normal today, learn to live with it. Seems like my statistic backs to normal. Don't know what was wrong, we test it before 30mins and ... it's OK. Number of downloads still low but at least - filesonic count them.

 

Ok, I can understand when the stats are low or something, when the website is down for a while but I can't understand when 17$ is missing from my balance (first was 20+)... Hish said that yeah my stats was abnormal and then restoring from those 20+ $ only 5 or 6 and then ignoring me totally...

As I said maybe I'm wrong or something but I just want an explanation... because if that was a refund (This is my own thought) why the hell is missing 17 dollars and not 12-13-14 to say with the super elite bonus, also I can't find that probable refund in my stats...

Please Hish... when your on and have a little time check your PM, I so that you already viewed my first one and you didn't replied to that....

 

I'm member at a (porn)forum were a banned member is now reporting files just to ruin it for other members and the files gets taken down consistently within 1 day of posting.
Some guys have started posting mirrors to other filehosts because of this and it's only the filesonic links that gets taken down which suggests it's way to easy for whoever to just report a file and have it deleted.

stats are very very slow , filesonic support please check it , something must be wrong i have 50 % drop i am posting like crazy

 

even the credits of top 100 are going down in playsonic..

 

Are you using sonic preview to host the pics? maybe on some older threads?

That is down right now, so maybe that is causing people not to download your files, that is why my stats are down anyway.
