That is a question for the hosting company surely... while "master reseller" is a common concept what you can do with it will vary from company to company.

So far rather than us there is not a single shiny master reseller provider around. If there are they will going to dead pool soon because none can competitive with our customer range :)

Alpha/Master/Omega/Super-Alpha-Omega-Bravo/etc. hosting plans are all ridiculous. If you want to offer reseller accounts, get yourself a good VPS or dedicated server. You'll be far better off in the long-run.

Some companies (we are the one) allow reselling from any account provided. No matter if it is shared or dedicated server and thus I agree with the above - get a dedicated server and do hosting business, this is much more reasonable.

I think that is something what depends on your web hosting company only. If it is allowing upgrade you will be able to upgrade. If not - I'm affraid nothing can't be done in this situation and you will need to move to another web host.

From which host your purchase the hosting?

    Price wise?

I agree with this statement 100%, generally speaking Alpha/Master reseller plans are a bad idea and any company offering those types of services is likely to be providing a sub par service at best.
