Adsens and Duplicate Content

    Does adsense have any relation with duplicate content?
    Will they block adsense account if we have put or ads on duplicate content ?

    I dont think they bann account for duplicate content, all article directories and many many autoblogs are running adsense successfully. how ever , duplicate content can surely affect your seo and traffic from search engines.

    WRONG!

    Google AdSense bans websites with automatically generated content or ANY other content that breaks copyright laws.

    Some high quality article directories are able to use AdSense because they also have a very strict duplicate content rule.
    They also have terms saying that they get persmission to host all content and that the author is responsible for any law breaking.

    However if it's your own content that is appearing twice on your own website, then there would be not problems with AdSense, only
    with your search engine optimization.

    Ok, i know that is given in TOC, but i am wordpress designer and have worked on lots of autoblogs who are still running (Few of mine also) nothing has been banned. I think it only happens when some one raises complaint for copyright issues. otherwise every thing is fine.

    If you are running illegal business but not catched by police, it doesn't mean you are nothing wrong. You will go into the jail if police catch you. It same happen on Adsense. Bare the risk and don't complaint if you are banned, that's all.
    On the other hand, duplicate content from other website = steal people property.

    I agree.

    I have already gotten 10 websites de-indexed from Google and banned from AdSense for stealing my
    content. I'm also sure that their hosting companies wer not to happy to have them as customers once I
    reported them there as well.

    Nope buddy, You are sailing on a boat with a hole! The reason is that google is improving on its algorithm with each of their updates and it with ease identifies duplicate content with its latest panda update to push copy blogs down the search results so soon I guess Adsense would also identify the dupe content and ban the sites violating the TOS.

    above all - Autoblogging is un ethical right..

    you can check your content through copyscape before applying to adsense
