My Car website serves up ads unrelated to my niche which is cars. For instance from work I am shown adwords ads. At home I get cruiseline ads (yes i was looking at cruises). And so on

Now I know this is ad targeting but can I turn this off? I want my car website to always show car ads. here is the site modified cars

Maybe you are using some keywords a lot on your website (and meta tags) And therefore you'll see those results?!

No everything on the website is car related. Page titles, content, meta

It has something to do with some sort of ad targeting settings

This is normal, it happens to everybody, on my highly SEO Keyword optimized sites I sometimes see Adwords adds, or if i got to one my sites that is targeting lets say for example " florida vacation" then i go to my other site which is targeting " cell phones" I will see a add for florida vacation, im pretty sure their is no settings to remove this, it happens to everyboday.

This always happen if you are using image/text ads. maybe you should consider to change them to text ads only

I already have a bunch of text ads. And you are right I only see this with the image ads.

Just wondering if there was some sort of targeting setting I could turn on/off
