out of google has weight but..

    Its strange for me that i have a website using coop and it has been out of Google and i didn't care to get it back in index for more than 2 years but its weight is more than 3000 and on other part another website which has pr2 and quite active and it has only 11.
    And dead website is of course pr 0. I am keeping eye on it for more than 20 days so it doesn't seem to be an update issue.

    What's the mystery here?
