    You might be intrested in www.realfreeproxy.com.I started it few days ago but traffic is coming now recieved 100 genuine uniques yesterday and to be honest i am extremely busy with other sites so i dont have time to run it nor to advertise etc you can consider low traffic i will be selling the proxy for 25$.It is hosted on my dedicated server so if you want i can host you aswell...for 10$ per month..:)
