    Payoneer has not stopped working in India, the local bank authorities are simply not allowing the use of any MasterCards, which includes all MasterCard cards and is not limited to Payoneer.

    Try Axis bank Debit card...they will accept it..even you can purchase domain and hosting..where credit card facility available....Axis Bank Debit card work there...currently i'm using it..paying my server cost using Debit card...even Alertpay accept Axis Debit card.
