Can you please fix the annoying sorting problem,everytime i look at my files they are sorted z-a and not a-z even though i always sort a- z,also sometimes when generating links,moving and copying files it just times out and am left with a blank page.

Found out by googling that a user here gives support for filesonic, i'm blocked out and the capcha/report page that it's shown when i get to filesonic website seems useless because i have been like this for 4 days now.

I'm a new premium user, just used the service for a day and then i was blocked out, this is the message:

Already PM'ed Hish (Filesonic.com) hopefully i can get a response, it's a shame i had to google and use google cached pages to contact support because that blocking page just leaves you in the dark.
