    As of my experience you can submit multiple blogs a day but it's good to submit 3 to 4 post a day if you are new to blog posting. And then increase your blog posting. Bulk submission may go to spam with some of directory like hubpage.

    Content quality is matter on your blog if you write 1 one post on your blog with quality then visitor automatically comes so focus on your content quality not on bulk post.
