    Hi,

Just have a simply question, does +1 means that the sites we like will appear more up to us, or the sites most liked will appear more above?

    Regards

No! It's just what your friends will see, on Gmail/Google.

It will also display under search results.
It does not effect SE placement.

do you think this is be more effective than facebook "likes". I'm abuot to add +1 in my pages. I'm skeptical if this will really work and google won't shut it down later like some services they've had before

Its probably a good idea to get on the Google +1 Bandwagon in case it really catches on.

Similar to an artificial way to vote, choose a more accurate search results, in fact, google in collecting user information, analyze and improve the accuracy of search results

It does change SERP. Read in your adsense account. Google say clearly it will improve your SEO ranking

This will be used as one of the factor to influence the ranking in SERP. Google is trying to mimic digg, stumbleupon. It will not give more weight to Google +1 as then Google cannot be called a search engine.
