Hi Guys, anyone using already Google+1 feature?
I started to work with it and wanted to hear your feedback and thoughts,
    will it catch up?
    will it damage Facebook "like"?

And most important - do you think Google will actually credit your rank and SERP according to the +1 hits you get...

I've published an article with thoughts about this new feature in my webiste

Will love to hear your thoughts on the subject.

I doubt you will see much if any serp or seo increase. Google is not dumb and I believe aware that people will abuse the +1 button. I'm sure some people will try to pay people to hit it for them, but I don't think it will help them as much as they are hoping for in terms of seo or serps. Maybe some minor direct traffic but that's it. My opinion anyway.

I dont think it will pickup because its the clone of facebook like button - and people are already buzzing with facebook like button - i dont find any good reason to embed this +1 structure other than that it is from google...

I't a nice thing to have and it looks good... but I think it won't help you with Google ranking...

I agree with you guys, I guess its up to Google, if they will really want this tool to be a great success (remember google buzz false alarm...?) they can turn it into something critical or important for webmasters and business owners online. they can always plan some smart logarithmic structure to filter false +1 hits... I guess that time will tell...

Google +1 seems nice, but Facebook likes are way better.

Google should focus on something else, rather than social, I guess.

I seriously doubt that you'll see any significant improvement due to this. A cheap and direct ripoff of the Facebook Like is all this is.

It's not necessary to add it on Blogger users.

Better remove the code until they make it better.
I haven't put it online in the first place.

i haven't bothered with it. i imagine it'd be great to work with if you're really into emailing with friends to manipulate their search results.

I think it's too early to tell if it will effect SERPS.

Well Google are going to be using their +1 feature for something, if it's not SERPs, then what is it?

In my opinion, the google +1 button doesn't make sence. And if this button will affect to a site ranking, well it would be manipulated by many site owners. As what you all have mentioned that site owners can pay any person just to click that button.

I think, It'll not damage facebook like.

NO, Google will not credit SERPs according to the +1... It's just a way to share your news to your social networks......
