Hello guys, I heard a lot of clickbank affiliates move to plimus. Is plimus better than clickbank? Your thoughts?
No, I'm not plimus' staff. Nor have I ever hired by them. According to my own opinion, plimus' fees are too high, their customer service is not the nicest person, they have annoying manual verification process which can make you LOOSE SALES. However since I saw several people from various forums moving up to plimus, it made me wonder what other people are thinking.
Well thats a non answer if I ever did see it... I prefer Clickbank, but only because I am use to how it works, I also think their changes have been for the better as my sales have near doubled on my main affiliate product. I do however have an account with Plim.
I was paid for a sale I made after 15 days from plimus. I think CB pays after 2 mths? not sure. But CB is realy fast to offer a refund.
Haven't heard about Plimus yet, but if the choice of products is atleast half as big as in Clickbank I will definitely give it a go. : )
I have used plimus for over 5 years as a merchant. Never tried their affiliate network and never had any affiliates from their network join me.
I can't compare Plimus with ClickBank, Plimus is basically a payment processor and they have started affiliate marketplace some months ago, they are just like a child. ClickBank is giant of time. So right now if you think plimus is going to compete CB, its not going to happen. I use Plimus as payment processor. There system is not fool proof. Many problems are there. Thanks
Clickbank is a collosus where plimus is. You cannot compare the former with the later. But for those who live where they are not accepted by clickbank, plimus can be an alternative. Rapbank is there as well. Plimus charges on every product sold and the charges are quite expensive which is something i am not comfortable with.
Plimus still isn't great enough. And I actually quit plimus becuase they spamm me with notifications.
lol. What notification? Sale notification? If you've made a sale, of course you get notification. Even PayPal do this.
