Rules Dispute with mubashirnisar

I recently hired mubashirnisar to code a WP theme for me. We agree on $310 with 50% ($155) upfront. Before he had started (I confirmed this), I requested a refund but told him to keep around 20% for the trouble, he agreed but said he couldn't give me the refund until the next day as the account was not his but his friends... I've been told his a few times where, in that time the member would send the money to another account so that when a dispute was opened and when I won, I wouldn't be able to get the money back since the account had been cleared. To prevent this i opened a dispute just to ensure that the money wouldn't be taken out of the account, once his 'friend' went online he could just accept the dispute and have the money sent back without any repercussions to his account. The next day he didn't appear online so I went ahead and escalated the claim after which (within 5 minutes) he appeared online. He told me that he wouldn't give me a refund unless I closed the dispute...I decided not at which point he told me to download msn and talk to his friend about it. I told him to just accept the claim on paypal which he refused. This entire conversation took place on gChat so I have the conversation logs incase you need any part of it, I also took screenshots. Anyways, just wanted to warn members that might otherwise have worked with him, he has a short temper (attested to when he told another member on DP that he would rape him for leaving him negative feedback, check his iTrader), and isn't skilled as 3/5 of the example sites he's showed me were taken from a "how to code psd to css to wordpress" tutorial...

well anyone can post a screenshot like this,the truth is first he hired me for coding work..when his work is half way through,he comes and says please refund me my money as i m no longer interested with you

the old seller has contacted me and i m in touch with him,i hate such a lame buyers..i will be no more replying to this topic.as it will be just wasting my time

 

Just wasting your time? You don't even have an excuse, your only point is that I asked for a refund before you even started...

 

Its a waste to ask Dp staff to help you. I got 2 negative itraders in 2 days from a person with 2 different accounts.

 

I thought that this was the right forum to ask for help from the staff... Is there an email or a specific member that I can contact?

 

Well officially Dp cannot protect you from scams, so they are not going to do anything but what i am angry about is that 255 days ago there was a announcement that a new itrader system will come up where itrader will be exchanged after payment is been tracked by Dp so as to stop fake itraders. But till now nothing has happenned. I got 2 negative itraders from a single member and they cant even remove one even when they know both accounts were duplicate.

 

i wish i that system was alive,so i could have taken that negative itrader out of my profile,thats the only reason i avoid working with 0 itraders..they just come and ruin profiles of guys like us

can you prove it that i did not take your work and started working on it? you first hired me to do work and then you come back after 3 days of payment and tells me that you are back in contact with old seller and so i should refund you the money..WTH man... are you for real? what do you think people's time is? i clearly told you that i m so booked with orders and i cannot take more but you insisted on it and then after 3 days of working on your project.you come and tell me that i shall give you back your money..you return me the time which i invested on your project and i give you back your money..or else move on

 

First, I asked you if you started, you said you didn't so that (now saying you started) is a blatant lie. Second, you didn't have a problem with it when I first brought it up and even if you did, I wouldn't have given a damn, you didnt start coding and even if you had you're skill level is dismal. I hired you to code it into VALID xhtml/css which you DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO. The examples you showed me were not valid, they were sliced in photoshop into 100 different pictures and you went from there. If I hadn't stopped the transaction we would have had the eventual problem when you showed me the final code and I called you on it not being valid. If anyone wants to know where he learned to code, here is the exact document - its a free tutorial for STARTERS, aka, not someone who should be accepting $300 work.

look dude,whatever you say..i have been here since a long time,and have done 100 of successful transactions in past..so if a guy with just 32 posts and 0 itraders comes and says,i m a kid,then i dont care about it,i m happy with my client-age and i dont care if some so called wanna-be-webmaster scams me or not,

you did not like my work,you should have told me earlier before sending the payment,you sent me payment and i started work on it,i m a lier or not,that i m not going to clarify,i m just replying here cause some Webmasters from my country thinks i m scamming

so just to clarify there thoughts,he first hired me and sent me files,then after 3 days he comes and says,you take 10$ for your time and keep the coded files for which you spent 10 hours,and give me back my money,as i have find someone else,while its a basic rule of Business when you sign a contract or pay someone an advance then you hire him for the job,you had time to think about it before signing the contract or making payment.

he sent me money for the half job,and that half job is already done..

Just incase anyone still has doubts and even if you disregard the fact that he specifically told me he did not start the job yet, he is claiming to have finished half of the job in less than 24 hours - that means that he fully coded two pages in valid xhtml/css in that time period...

 

You don't have to ban him, even though I don't agree with the policy that takes a backseat approach unless paid members are involved, but don't do a disservice to the rest of the community by deleting this topic. Let others who are considering doing business with himo have access to this thread so they can understand who they're dealing with...

 

Its a topic where I asked staff to ban a member, you told me that the staff does not get involved in disputes between members which answered my request. I just assumed it would be deleted.

in the first deal with him he was clear and told me this project will take time more than i told u
then i told him get back my money
and he send me all my money back

and till now he do 3 project for me and many things free

mubashirnisar, instead of asking people you personally know to post in this thread, try disproving anything that i've said.

 

i don't like to make u upset and sure you are good man and he is good man 2

but when i ask him he said u ask him to do work for him and after he start work u come back and said ur old developer will back to do ur work

so it's ur fault when ask 2 person to working in 1 project
and dont forget he lose his time
and by the way he told u when his paypal freidn comen he will send u back ur money
but honestly u must give him some money for his time

Did you bother to read the thread before you started to regurgitate what the told you? He didn't start on the project, he told me he hadn't so not only am I going to get the money back as I've filed a claim but I'm going to make sure that he doesn't do the same thing to anybody else. He blocked me off of gChat, I had sent him messages that he didn't respond to when he came back online after I filed the claim which meant that he had blocked me otherwise he would have addressed them. He isn't a good man, good men don't tell others "you are going to get my dick in your ass asshole,go fuck yourself,no money you are going to get,and i m leaving you negative as well, go fuck yourself". He is a kid that resorted to scamming and as such is going to take a blow to his reputation. Stop fighting his battles for him, if he has something to say tell me to respond directly.
