Hiring an SEO expert.

I'm going to be hiring an seo expert to do a pretty big project. ... Do a key words analysis, On page, and then off page. I've done a lot of talking and question asking and so far I've narrowed it down to a few freelancers for the project. Is there anything I should ask or look for to make my decision? So far I was just going to go with the cheapest one since they all have lots of near perfect ratings... but I'm always leery of going cheap. Any words of wisdom for me?

 

Make sure to have to ask for some previous results that they have done for past clients. Also make sure that they are focused on quality links and not a large quantity of spam links such as automated blog commenting and things of that nature.

Hier some one which can make proper strategy and whose analysis power is too strong. A good SEO will take more money in the beaning but am sure he will generate double business.
