Is this an issue?

So I attended a university last year where I was getting my Adsense checks sent to me. Recently I just moved out, and one of my checks was sent to my dorm, but I do not live in that room anymore, and I do not even attend that university anymore. Will I eventually be able to get that check's amount back into my Adsense account balance since I did not get the check?

You are not going to lose the money , but it's going to be a while until you get the amount back to your account (I think about 3 months , I'm not sure).
Try writing them an email maybe they can cancel the check faster and send it to your new address.

Did you leave a forwarding address? If you did, it will get to you but a bit slower. If not, let Google know and they may be able to cancel the check out and reissue another one sending it to the correct address.

Can I just email them my banking info so they can send it straight there instead of by check?

why not update your address with adsense under payment section? You should do it before 15th of every month!

sometimes adsense response is hard to get. Try posting in adsense forums.

Haha, I forgot! But my roommate had an Adsense account when he was younger, but he got banned. If I switch my address to the one I'm currently in with my roommate who got his account banned, will mine get banned as well?

could be risky! i guess you have to wait for your payment until your address issue is sorted out! you can try setting the address of your parents, in that way they could receive your mail.

Can't I just leave my address the way it is now, but just change my payment method to direct deposit?

If you got the direct deposit facility then you should use it. There won't be any problem. :)
