    I also added the analytics to display here in the thread. They're only a few months, since I had removed them about a year ago and recently installed them again. And don't mind the drop at some point, site was down for a couple of days due to maintance.
    I haven't had any good offers yet unfortunately, so I'll wait to see some good ones.

    just wanted to comment. I've been watching the site for a few weeks now and it has Always loaded for me just fine, on multiple computers and devices. Also, post quality is good and active. Considered buying myself. Good luck on the sale
