How do I get past $5 per day?

So my average at this time is about $5, there are days that i get maybe $2 but ooverall $5. I can not seem to get past that. One thing that did make it go from like $2 to $5 was adding the code on top of the post with red letters on a white background.

Any other ideas to boost the click rate?

No idea. I used to get $10-20 a day and over $1 cpm. Now my cpm is going down and down and down and it is driving me nuts - same sites, similar traffic, same CTR, way less money per day. 60c cpm is ridiculously low.

I can't boost the click rate on adsense. The ads are always irrelevant.

FFS, that site got ~200k ad impressions this month, 25c cpm. Wish I could get accepted into a CPM network but nooooo I need more traffic first.

 

Get more traffic, or optimize your website and ads (the blue links always worked better on my niche sites). These are the only two way to get past that plateau. GL

Are you using adsense? If that's the case, I think you need to find ways to bring in more traffic. Do some guest blogging, article marketing, etc.

I did something yesterday to one of my sites that decreased the bounce rate from 80% to 15% and average time in site from 2 minutes to more than 10 minutes, acccording to adsense early in the day I had 10 imppresions and 4 clicks. Lesson learned reduce bounce rate and click rate will go up.

Changed the theme, header, better navigation for visitors, basically made it better appealing to visitors.

 

It also depends from where your traffic is coming from. my website gets only few clicks but still i mange to get $4 to $5 per day. My page impression is about 250 per day. per ecpm is very hgh.

I think more traffic and more targeted keywords can help you a lot.

 

If you want to earn more, then you can also bring the CPM rates up
Like epicgameads, they have $5 CPM rates. It doesn't matter where your traffic is from, they will pay CPM for every country

 

There is very simple concept "More Traffic More Earning". But if you use custom plate for adsense ads matching with your sites theme and designs then it more help to make more money.

 

Change the format of ad on you site to increase revenuse . Use 160/90 , 300/250 and 728/90 . these gives more
