    No you can't do it directly.

    But you can withdraw money from Paypal to bank account and then transfer money to Alertpay.

    No its not possible directly. You need CC to add funds to Alertpay.

    You can withdraw money to your bank account from your Paypal account and add money to your Alertpay account by Credit Card :)

    You can't.you should find a trusted person.The best way is withdraw money first.then add money to your Alertpay account
