Of course no. As long as no click fraud involves. You said yourself you just want to boost visitors, not conversion, means those visitors won't click your ads.

    Why not buy AdWords traffic?
That's certainly not against terms of service.

I dont think if you buy it that they will ban you but boughten traffic never converts unless its ppc. or facebook ads something like that.

No, search engines wont penalize you for buying traffic. Because SEs cannot distinguish between paid and organic traffic.

For more legitimate techniques you can go for PPC marketing.

I would talk to your affiliate manager and let them know what you are doing

You might be better off buying a well placed targeted ad, it's less risky.

This is definitely shady, I wouldn't do that. Better focus on increasing natural visitors

They wouldn't ban you from buying traffic, most of them expect most of their publishers to use PPC to drive traffic to their site, it's pretty common, however if you were paying people to click on your ads thats a different story and is frowned upon

Yeah I don't think they would ban you from buying these traffics.. not like you using fraud clicks or want your reader to take any action. It shouldn't be a problem.

so long as you're not incentivizing, tricking visitors to clicks on your ads, you are ok.

if its against there TOS then it would be a problem.
i don't understand why you want to buy traffic from some
service even you know the traffic is no good.

you could put your money into Adwords,Facebook Ads, Ezine Newletters
etc. the purpose of a online business is too make money RIGHT?
the traffic you will be buying won't make you no money.
