is my site OK for adsense

I have a travel based site and getting around 400 daily visitors. Site is around 4 month old. Last time when I applied for adsense, I got a mail from Google. They asked me to verify domain ownership. I verified and Google activated my adsense(it was around 4-5th april of 2011).

Everything was OK but after 10-12 days, My adsense account got disable by Google. The mail was like:-

There wasn't any any "Contact Us", "About Us" and "Privacy Policy" pages associated with my site and I thought this was the reason behind the termination of account because I never clicked even for a single times on ads. so I didn't apply that time for appeal against it. Now I added all these things.....should I appeal against that termination of account or I should wait untill it doesn't become 6 month old domain??

This is an automatic email. They never say why you got banned.

The problem is mentioned by yourself in the sidebar. You searched Google for random images and then planted them on your site, and then said "if it breaches copyright, bla bla bla". You should of just not said anything, or got some photos from a stock website that are royalty free for a few pennies and saved yourself the hassle. Google does not want to be attributed to a site that could be involved in a lawsuit for copyright. Be careful of the images you are using on your website.

Yeah i think Ashley has hit the nail on the head, try finding images that are most certainly not CopyRighted and try contacting adsesnse informing them you have fixed any image issues. I'm not sure if it will be successful as i have never had an issue like this before, but it is worth a try.

 

Hey....Thanks everyone...I made all those changes which you mentioned and dropped an appeal against termination of account....Lets see...what happen....pray for me....

Google didn't approve my adsense.....Rejected my appeal....

 

I think you need to be careful, try to check all the terms and conditions determined by google!
But definitely, no matter what happens never give up ... keep trying until successful ..!

 

why would they approve ? your site is giving them invalid clicks ??

 

Well its hard that google will listen to your appeal he is cruel. You can try for another adsense account but this time try using the images not copyrighted. try using creative commons search for that.

And I heard that Google doesn't accept crap blogs and sites these days. Specially those from India

I made the pretense to use copyscape on your site and there appears to be some copied content, esp page 2..http..//yoursite../page/2/ Maybe you should remove any such before reapplying.

I however wonder whether they noted the content when they'd already approved your site.

There was some issue with my old default theme...this is the reason i restored that site to its default template. I am getting around 500 daily visitors and everything is genuine.
