    You could easily find out by posting a request in the Services -> Design category of the BST section, I'm sure you'll get some quotes there in no time, no one will force you to commit to a deal, just find out the cost if you wish.

    Please do not enter any up front fee.
    In some of my recent projects I agreed to pay some percentage up front, but then the provider didn't finish the job as agreed so I lost money and didn't get the job done!
