I'd image that their data centers be in India instead of in the US... Correct?

Quite a lot of indian companies deal with data center there already. So nothing new except a new name in the market.

Even if HG come india, they will not get good market where as hostdime.in already rules on indian market and also some other ewebguru, india.to and bigrock.in etc hosts capture a big portion of indian hosting markets.

 

hostdime is not trust-able at-least for me, it can go down any time

Yeah but india datacenters are slow and still way back dated compared to us data centers.
