Hi, I have a new website aimed at getting everyone to reuse, reduce and recycle more. Im getting some traffic but very few people joining up and I need honest opinions as what do you think about:

1) design, logo, typography
2) content
3) usability / user experience
4) reasons why people are not joining

I'm not a huge fan of the colors you are using, but I guess they are relevant for site in this niche market.
Otherwise the concept seems interesting, I would definitely like to try out your services in the future It seems clear and easy-to-use. Not too much junk information that usually mislead and lose the visitors during the browsing.

 

I like your site and I like the colors. The colors are very appropriate for the "Go Green". Your site is to the point and isn't loaded down with useless information. Good job.

Guisbar, I have to agree with you partly over the colours as I have never been a big fan of the colour green, but like you say it's relevant for it's niche market. I don't intend to ever mislead anyone with junk info and I want to keep banners / advertising to a bare minimum which I think is better for both the readers and sponsors.

Good looking site, everything seems to flow well

 

Great site, with wonderful content.

I'm just not so into the color scheme/template. It works, but just seems to agitate my eyes a little. Maybe take the tone down a little on the colors, or add in a slightly different background color, like maybe an off-white to a sand colored?

Just an idea, love the site tho!

 

Really pleasing to the eyes and the layout is clean and green .Just make the logo as link.

lee07smith noted: green is not my favorite colour to be honest, we did try an off white #FFFFFE and a few more besides the internal pages do have a pale green gradient though.

Site is professional and clean, colors are good and so as the contents, i am liking it

 

I really like your website. Just one question, why don't you use any stockphotos in the "Go Green" section rather than saying that no preview is available. Makes the articles more atttractive to read.
