Got my payment from LeadBolt today via wire transfer.

3 weeks agoo Leadbolt change my category from my website to Trojan and after I answer to there e-mail (and to all there questions to help the investigation) and no answer from them , yestarday after 3-4 e-mails they change back to the normal category and send my all survey`s availables, and now they suspend my account .
What heappens in the last month with leadbolt because nothing works , they don`t asnwer to my e-mails, Mike don`t asnwer me on skype ,and after 4-5 e-mails and 3 weeks they change back my category, and now suspend my account?

My publisher id is 10011833, please verify and tell my why my account is suspended because I don`t receive any e-mails from you about this suspension.

we cant do anything,,, they are turning into scam.
not my words,,just Google that and you will find a lot of complaints about leadbolt.
i think they need to be stand in CPA field and they are up.
so they are doing accounts suspension.
while they clearly posted in forums that account would never be banned at first. A warning will be given out at first action.
But here and there are a lot of people who got their account banned without any warning.
i am also scared now and thinking about switch to another safe network.

 

Never rely on one network... you can easily implement script and switch between several networks... than your users will get always different gateway plus you dont draw big attention of high earnings (smaller webmasters are more often overlooked)

 

When I contact Mike on skype (it was online) and no answer from him (this is the scond day .... when I ask him why my account is suspended with all my publisher detalis and don`t answer me)

 

As addressed in earlier posts, your account becomes suspended when it is determined there are fraudulent leads being driven. Cannot be made more clear than that. It's very easy to label an established network a "scam" when, ironically, the clearly defined TOS is not being adhered to by some publishers and the corrective action is taken by the network.

We recently performed a thorough investigation of a number of suspected fraudulent accounts, which did result in a number of suspensions. Why? We found there to be a large amount of fake leads and abusive tactics performed by accounts that decided it was easier to break the rules and assume they could "scam" their network rather than work together to build successful campaigns. As a result, the advertisers (the people who ultimately pay you) grow quite unhappy with publishers in general and those who do honest work suffer due to offers being paused. If you work hard and generate legitimate traffic, you've got absolutely nothing to worry about - especially when it comes to being paid. If you don't, do not act surprised when your account is no longer active in order to protect our honest publishers. So, it is actually to your benefit to keep the fraudulent accounts out of your networks.

However, if you are pleading your case in regards to an account suspension, it is highly recommended you present a valid argument otherwise you are not utilizing your time properly. Our honest publishers have always been taken care of and that will continue to be the case.

 

I'm agree with LeadBoltMatt.. We suffer too since the advertisers was paused most of their offers because of an abusive publishers. Don't blame the network if you got suspended or kicked out, instead you have to blame yourself why you break the TOS of LeadBolt.

Don't break LeadBolt's reputation because of your own faults. They're a very legit network and mostly not a scam. They paying on time and giving us the best EPCs we always wanted. Maybe you should start to make a legit niches so you will know them better. Good Luck!

 

I agree with Matt as well. LeadBolt is a honest gateway network. You did something fraud? That's the most common reason of getting banned i think.

 

Might be i am a big scam! But their announced policy, what about it "Transparency & Bans

We are VERY clear or what can and can not be done on our network. You will not wake up tomorrow and find your account banned. We have a warning system in place. The worst that can happen is an account pause. If you leave a cell phone number we will call you!"

As a fact, you guyz yourself did not abide by your rules and terms about account banning/suspension.

 

I am still waiting for my payment, i asked it 10 days ago, but still no reply?? i also mailed to my AM Jeff, but he is not replying me????

 

There is quite a difference between an "account suspension" and an "account ban". An account suspension, equivalent to an account pause and what was referred to in the previous post, means your account is not currently active but could be made active again if the fraudulent activities are remedied. An account ban is exactly that - permanent. Consider the account suspension your warning, because we're not going to allow further fraud once it is suspected in the first place.

Regardless of what is considered a "warning", why put yourself in that sort of predicament to begin with? Keep in mind, for a publisher to even be given a second chance in solving any lead quality issues is very generous of any network - not to mention a risk on their part. So the best advice here is to focus on running quality campaigns, not worrying about whether your suspicious lead generation should be acceptable.

Rest assured, Jeff and/or our support department will respond to your inquiry. There are a number of reasons why this could occur so please be as detailed as possible when making your requests.

 

So why the suspended account can not be re-open?

 

It would be great if we see some offers for India. Currently there are no offers.

 

I mailed him 5 days ago and i applied for payment before 15th of this month, and my account balance was $152 when i applied for payment through wiretransfer, hope this will help you what i mean!

He can not differentiate it. Actually they do suspension but setting move account to BAN. LOL what we guys saying?
