Click values vary at any time as a result of advertiser demand and the number of ads available for each publishing place. It's a fluid system, if there is huge advertiser demand then ad spaces will be more valuable than if there is low demand.

Click amounts quoted in your publisher account apply to High Paying countries, low paying countries (you will find a list in your publisher account terms and conditions) pay less. This is pretty standard practice, unlike some ad networks we display a list of low paying countries in our terms and conditions and also advise our publishers in same that certain traffic thresholds are required from publishers.
