Ron Paul speaks plainly about what is going on with the American Republic. A very good summery of the situation.

If he really believes his speeches, why is he a Republican???......like bogart blaming the 07-09 Republican Recession and Iraqi war on the liberals.

They wish to have their cake and eat it as well.

You and Ron Paul are connected at the hip. It was a good speech and I think I will vote for him because I have seen what he can do since 2006. He was a independent in 2008 for a bit gone republican.

    Why not?

A Republic is a form of government in which the people or some significant portion of them, retain supreme control over the government.

Wiki. had Paul (Republican Party) in mind when they defined "Republic" - "or some significant portion of them, retain supreme control over the government".

We the people, life - liberty for all........Paul (seems) an anathema to America and the freedoms the Constitution provides in the most perversive manner of duplicity in the guise of self governance that in fact is a self serving, restrictive agenda opposite to an independent and collective wholeness he implies by his speeches but defies in actual meaning - Explains why he is a Republican and not a true individualist, libertarian.
