There are a number of spelling errors in your site, which unfortunately can make your site seem less trustworthy.

- on the landing page: "I would defiantly recommend"
- on the 'About Us' page: " a revolutionarily webhosting company ", "customers are treated with upmost professionalism", "inorder to supply".

I would comb through the site properly and fix all of the typos so that it looks legit.

You need to consider the basic requirements for a webpage. Your Title needs attention. It should be max. 70 charaters and descriptive of the page. Same goes for your keywords. Nobody searches for "all" or "one" You have an xml sitemap but no html version.

The live chat is great, I usually pick the site with that feature when browsing through sites of something I need. But you should keep it to 3-4 colors max on your site, especially that you have some colors that don't all match together. And the logo colors/font really doesn't match the rest of the page.

Thanks both for your replies! I will take what you said in mind! The live chat feature is currently a beta feature which we were invited to test and it works great , also when you start talking to us it gives you the chance to ring us aswell!

 

Nice design. Prices are in dollars and domain is UK?

 

Design is very good but need to improve footer and footer links.

 

why do you have two live chat widget on your homepage? any particular reasons?
