That's bad news for me, and I think same is for any affiliate whose local upload speed is slow. Mine is 25kb/s which means I can upload only 1 or 2 large files a day. Currently I have 20 files, all being actively downloaded and alltogether earning cicra $1 - $2 daily. At the initial stage (like 1-3 months) such a per day earning is far from being satisfactory to cover monthly premium fee and accumulate a payout that would create some stimulus. However a gradual increase in quantity of files would result in nice daily earnins in the longer run. And this is exactly where the premium membership would surely be funded from.

This new rule is a absolute killer of long-term plans for those affiliates, i repeat, whose local upload speed is slow. Thus Wupload is not for them unless they start leeching... simply because they will have to upload same files again and again instead of adding new files to gradually approach the long-term target (e.i. higher daily earnings + painless premium membership).

Why would you guys delete ACTIVE files after 30 days?

I could see if say the file was downloaded less then 10 times in the past 30 days from a free user then delete it.. but really an active file with 10,000+ downloads could still be deleted simply because the user is free? yikes

Was going to give your services a go until I read through and found that out.

Please do let me know if you change your mind

 

If this is only for free members it seems fair. Most uploaders will have a premium account so does not matter too much and saves wupload money.

i have uploaded a file 4 times and its still not in manager but the another files they where uploaded in same time is in manager.

If you look at your Stats, you will be able to click on your "premium sales" count for that day - it will give you detailed statistics!
