WTS Work At Home Site Making $450USD - $550USD Monthly

Here is some information:

Site live since Dec 2007
Traffic drop in Dec 2010 due to being unregistered for a short period of time
All traffic from search engines
Updated website maybe once every 6 or so months
Site is ugly and plain html but makes money
Money via Adsense $508USD so far this month and $458USD last month (I've converted from AU to USD to make easy)

I am only going to have this on offer for a few days, obviously looking for around the 10-11 months amount but all reasonable offers considered.

A BIG ISSUE IS - WHERE ARE THE ADSENSE ADS ON THE WEBSITE. Instead of discussing individually with everyone through PM's its better you discuss over here.

Alexa is 4,395,827 and the Site is earning $400/ month.

Can you please explain how ?

Look at the site with and you can see the ads, also you can see all details.

 

At first I was going to jump in on your side of the argument but if you look at the search phrases (on google.com.au, e.g proofreading jobs #1) it does make sense that it is earning this sort of money. You might also be surprised how uglier sites can make money and I'd even say the adverts on this site are blended too well. You should do a little more research before trashing someones sale thread next time and forcing the URL to be released.

 

Thanks venturefox though I will let you know those ads changed by themselves automatically approximately 18 months ago instead of being the old standard 468*60 ads. I don't really use the website and as I mentioned it went unregistered for a while in Dec 2010 thus a drop in statistics for that month but the site does earn that with little to no work.

I am going back into the gaming industry and some funds would help me promote that service better. If no one is interested I will have this thread removed and not sell it, it's good money for next to nothing and as I said the site has been in place since Dec 2007 and every year it continues to grow.

 

I dont understand how you can make $450 per month adsense with 1600 visits, google must have eyes on this site.............

All good, as I've said the site has been up since 2007 and indeed Google sent me a message on how to improve my income several months ago. The click through rate is fairly high and it's a high cost per click. I have one other similar site but it provides multiple services and makes decent money but because I have all my display information I get many people emailing me, I can see off these leads as Pay Per Lead but have not decided to do so yet.

 

Can't find keyword ranked good at google.au...
